Any document, whether it is an event poster or an instruction manual, utilizes basic principles of design theory. The main priority is to know your target audience, identify their needs, and structure your document accordingly. Contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity (or the CRAP method) are used in different ways to help users make the most out of your writing. They are used to create hierarchies, which help users to rank information as they read it. They can also be used to create a relationship between blocks of text and/or images. All of the classes I took at UALR required me to use these principles to create and design effective documents.
I created this presentation to advertise Forest, a focus app that allows users to grow trees by staying off their phone. This assignment was a combination of CRAP and persuasive writing.

I created this presentation to give beginner-intermediate game players tips and tricks on playing Her Interactive Nancy Drew games. These are single-player RPGs in which you play as Carolyn Keene's famous girl detective to solve mysteries.
