I spent much time in a laboratory during my undergrad. My research in enzymology working with insulin-degrading enzyme (IDE) led my down a rabbit hole of research where I discovered my fascination with neurodegenerative disorders. I gained invaluable skills in project management, critical thinking, and scientific analysis, and was grateful for the opportunity to indulge in my passion for scientific knowledge and discovery.

Inspired by some research I conducted on web design in the context of digital publishing during a publishing practicum I took in spring of 2021, I offered to make some much-needed changes to the main website as well as SEO updates as a summer intern. This internship gave me invaluable experience in web design, Squarespace, and eBook design and creation.
